This workshop is perfect for brand new students of yoga! You will learn basic yoga postures, the yogic breath, and relaxation techniques. You do not have to have any yoga experience to take this workshop. There will be a short introduction to each style of yoga our two studios teach: Yoga Basics, Basics Level Two, Slow Flow Vinyasa, and Vinyasa. When completed, you will understand which yoga class will be perfect for you! Dress in loose fitted clothing.
